Cancellation and Refund Policy
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched.
To cancel, email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. - After Dispatch:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return or replacement if eligible (see below).
🔁 Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective item
- Incomplete product (missing part or accessory)
⛔ Not Eligible for Return:
- Product used, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging
- Opened items like screen protectors, earphones, or charging cables
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Change of mind or dislike of product color/design
Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be made to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.
🔁 Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements for items that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or non-functional
- Different from what was ordered
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Items must be returned in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- We reserve the right to deny a return/refund if the product fails our inspection.
- Products bought on sale or as part of a combo may not be eligible for return.
